How hair contamination takes place : Toxins (prescribed or otherwise) are ingested. The cortex makes up the majority of the shaft and feeds the cuticle which is made up of tightly packed scales in an overlapping structure similar to roof shingles. The metabolites are deposited in the cortex layer as it feeds of the contaminated blood as it grown. The same metabolites are in your other body fluids such as sweat and sebum (the oils) in the scalp which soak into the hair .
