UPS Orders Placed online on a Friday will be delivered on Monday

Returned products MUST be in  the original shipping package and must not be opened (don't open the shipping envelope/box ) 

 and returned within 21 days of purchase .  

  The cost of the kit is refundable if not opened or if wrong product received

Be sure you enter current billing address on file (updated info may lag if you moved recently) otherwise you may need to use old address as bill to

 

IF YOU ENTER THE WRONG BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD CO. WILL PUT A TEMPORARY HOLD ON YOUR CARD...WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT SO ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING INFORMATION
