Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

WE ARE NOT THE POST OFFICE -  DELAYS ARE OUT OF OUR HANDS   - SHIPPING IS REFUNDABLE FOR LATE DELIVERY    IF EXPRESS ( Provided no "deliverable" issues that cause product return)     If  you receive refund for late shipping BUT package is returned due to  your fault such as no mailbox clearly addressed   then   shipping  will be deducted from refund with restocking fee    

• Refunds require pre order consultation  if you order on your own  all sales final 
• Opened merchandise cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. All sales are final.
• If you get the wrong product, contact them immediately for a possible replacement or refund — do not open a claim with the carrier first.
• Cancellations before shipment: Possible refund (no fees) if done before daily cutoff time (12 pm PST).    
• Cancellations after shipment : After shipment, you can refuse delivery and return unopened — but a restocking fee (%10) applies and shipping cost is non refundable.   Applied after we receive it. 
• Overseas orders: No refunds or returns due to customs delays or time differences. We can not  modify service,  redirect or return a order after it is shipped.   If product is not received and returned ( usually a month or more later)  we MAY be able to refund if intact, minus shipping and restock fee of %20 of order   ( transaction fee we already incurred).
