The coloring and bleaching of hair have been shown to be able to reduce THC concentrations by 30% or 14%, respectively [8].
when it comes to random over the counter chemicals Ones starting level will determine IF the reduction is enough to get you past the threshold , this means just because one person who did something to their hair doesn't mean it will work for another based on their use level. most detox shampoo purchases are panic buys while they study what to do |

Urine drug testing is used in many different settings to determine whether someone has recently used specific substances. It involves analyzing a urine sample to detect drug metabolites. Common situations include pre-employment screening, random workplace testing, testing of college or professional athletes, post-accident investigations, and other safety-related circumstances.
THC is particularly difficult to eliminate from the body because it is fat-soluble and stored in fat cells. As a result, its metabolites are released slowly over time. Many products marketed as “detox” or “flushing” drinks claim to remove THC from the body, but they do not extract THC from fat tissue. Research has shown that commonly used herbs and cleansing remedies do not reliably produce negative drug test results. Most so-called “detox” drinks are essentially herbal teas combined with creatine and vitamins. Any temporary reduction in detectable THC levels typically comes from consuming large amounts of water, which dilutes the urine—not from special ingredients in the drink. Products such as Q Carbo are marketed to support this dilution approach, but their primary effect is simply increased fluid intake. While vitamins may be added to alter urine color and creatine is included to influence creatinine levels, excessive water intake can still dilute creatinine, and creatine supplementation does not rapidly convert to creatinine in the short time frame before a test. Because THC is stored in fat cells, long-term reduction depends mainly on time. Physical activity, weight loss, and metabolism influence how quickly THC metabolites decline, but the process cannot be forced rapidly. Fat cells naturally release stored metabolites into the bloodstream, which are then excreted in urine. Dilution may temporarily lower the concentration in a sample, but it does not eliminate THC from the body. Urine drug screens can test for multiple substances, including amphetamines, methamphetamines, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, marijuana (THC), cocaine, opiates, PCP, methadone, nicotine, and alcohol. Detection windows vary. Many substances are detectable for approximately 3–5 days after last use, while some long-acting benzodiazepines may be detectable for weeks. In cases of frequent or heavy cannabis use, THC metabolites may be detectable for weeks or even months, depending on body composition, metabolism, and activity level. There are two primary types of urine drug tests: immunoassay and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Immunoassay tests are widely used because they are quick and cost-effective, but they can produce false positives or false negatives and may not detect every substance. GC/MS testing is more precise and is typically used as a confirmatory test after an initial positive immunoassay result. If someone receives a positive result for a substance they have not used, requesting confirmatory GC/MS testing is the standard way to verify the result. While false positives can occur in initial screening tests, confirmatory testing with GC/MS greatly reduces that risk, which is why confirmed false positives are relatively uncommon. |

Milk thistle - Is one of the strongest liver detox available
Dandelion - This is an herb that is good for the whole body, specifically the immune system. It works to eliminate toxins from the cells in the body. It also increases bile and helps it move along. It is credited with boosting white blood cells thus strengthening the immune system. Licorice Root - This herb has properties that work like an antioxidant, fight viruses and helps the body produce antibodies. Parsley Burdock Root: It’s not the tastiest root (personally, I don’t think it’s tasty at all) but it sure does work. Burdock root cleanses the blood and is often used in skin formulas to support healthy and clear skin. Green Tea Ginger Tumeric |
